I accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I am unable to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
